Peanut Butter Ninjas

Preheat oven to 350F. degrees
- Cookie ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, at room temp.
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (I used dark)
- 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Filling ingredients
- 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of espresso powder
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1-2 Tablespoons of cream or milk
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar for rolling
Thick and Sticky Barbeque Sauce

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup dark molasses
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
Roasted Garlic and Brie Soup

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
- 2 heads of roasted garlic
- 7 ounces Brie, rind removed and chopped
- 2 ribs celery, finely diced
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 medium carrot, finely diced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup flour
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme)
- 1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped (or 1/2 tsp. dried oregano)
- optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Taco Pasta Salad

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
- 2 * 2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
- 1 * 1 pound ground beef
- 1 * 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 3 * 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 * 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 * 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
