Peach Bourbon Sours (Southern Living)

1. Whisk together peach preserves and hot water in a glass pitcher until preserves are dissolved
- 1/2 cup peach Preserves
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup plus 2 tbs bourbon or whiskey
- 3 tb lemon juice

- 3 eggs
- 1 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding

1.Place sausage in a large, deep skillet
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 (5.5 ounce) package seasoned croutons
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 pint half-and-half cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
