- 3 cans (19 ounces each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Chocolate Velvet Dessert

In a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs and sugar; stir in butter
- Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 3/4 cups whipping cream
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 T. baking cocoa
- 3 to 4 T. milk
Stuffed Chicken Breast

Brown and drain sausage. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast half
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. roll sausage (Jimmy Dean)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules or cubes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup plus 2 T. milk
- 1 cup blueberries

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 t. vanilla
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

- 48 Rolo candies, unwrapped

Black Bean Soup with Sausage

Cook the bacon over medium heat in a large, heavy pot for about 5 to 7 minutes
- 10 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped

- 1 1/2 cups canned chopped tomatoes
- 2 T. ketchup
- 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. chili powder
- 4 cans black beans, drained but not rinsed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 dinner sausage, cut in 1/4" slices
- juice of 1/2 lime
- For serving: sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese

- 8 oz. Asiago cheese, finely shredded (about 2 cups)

- 1/2 t. ground white pepper
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix

- Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Topping:
- 1 pkg (3 oz) peach gelatin
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 cups sliced, peeled fresh peaches or canned sliced peaches
