  • 1 - 2 t.cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. nutmeg
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1 T. butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk, plus more if needed
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups chopped apple
  • oil for frying
  • milk (1 T.) and powdered sugar (1 cup) glaze or just powdered sugar for dusting
