French Onion Burgers

- 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained and diced
- 1 can (2.8 oz.) french-fried onions

Fusilli with Sausage and Zucchini

For pasta, in pot bring 6 quarts water to boil over high heat
- 3 T. butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 8 oz. pork sausage (not Italian)
- 12 oz. zucchini
- salt
- 1 lb. fresh tomatoes
- 1 lb. fusilli or rotini pasta
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 T. minced chives
- 2 T. diced onions
- 1 t. spicy brown mustard
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 10 small stuffed olives, chopped
Garlic-Filled Meatballs

Remove papery outer skin from garlic (do not peel or separate cloves)
- 4 whole garlic bulbs
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 t. each: salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- Sweet Onion Chutney
- 3 bacon strips, diced
- 1 1/4 cups thinly sliced sweet onion
- 1 to 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 t. sugar
- Dash pepper
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 sm. can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded chives, chopped (optional)
