Family Style Mac & Cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 ½ T. butter, divided
- 1 ½ T. all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups 2% milk
- ¼ t. salt
- ¼ t. black pepper
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheese (6 oz.)
- ¼ cup dried plain bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
- 6 slices cheese of your choice
- 12 count package dinner rolls

Combine first four ingredients and set aside
- 3 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 t. baking soda
- 20 ounces frozen strawberries,
- thawed and drained
- 1 t. salt
- 1 1/4 cups oil
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Breakfast Casserole

Spread croutons onto bottom of greased 13x9" baking dish
- 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained and chopped
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 t. dry mustard
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Brownie Biscotti

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 T. water or milk
Fried Ravioli

1. Cook ravioli until al dente (follow directions on the package)
- 1 bag (about 13 Oz. Bag) Cheese Ravioli (Fresh Or Frozen)
- 1-1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- Oil, For Frying
Strawberry Graham Dessert

In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter; set aside 1 T
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- dash salt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Grilled Salmon

In a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 T. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3 T. red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. hot pepper sauce
- 1 salmon fillet (2 lbs.)
