Chicken with Wine Sauce

Pound each chicken breast to a 1/4" thickness
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 2 T. dried parsley
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
Mint Sandwich Cookies

In a bowl, combine the frosting, extract and food coloring, if desired
- 1 can (16 oz.) vanilla frosting
- ½ t. peppermint extract
- 3 to 5 drops green food color, optional
- 72 Ritz-type crackers
- 1 lb. chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped

- 1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 package of Andes Mints

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t white pepper
- 1 T dry vermouth
- 1 (8 oz) round brie cheese

- 2/3 cup chopped onion

- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

- 1/4 cup whole what flour
- 1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t. baking powder

- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 recipe Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting
