- 1 roaster chicken (about 6 lbs.)
- 2 t. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 40 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 T. olive oil
- 3 stalks celery, diagonally sliced
- 12 baby carrots, peeled
- 12 baby turnips, peeled
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup white wine or dry vermouth
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

In a small bowl, mix the eggs and water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 quart oil for frying
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) mozzarella cheese sticks
Chicken Bundles

Boil water in a stockpot and place chicken breasts into the water for 40 minutes
- ■1 pkg cream cheese (8oz) – Have it at room temperature
- ■2 pkg crescent rolls ( only one in the picture – sorry )
- ■2 shredded cooked chicken breasts – or one large breast – I ended up only using one of the breast above you can use more if you like ( totally your preference)
- ■2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
- ■1/4 teaspoon salt
- ■1/2 teaspoon pepper
- ■1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- ■1/4 stick melted butter
- ■1/4 Cup of Finely Chopped Cooked Broccoli
Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Heat the butter and sunflower oil in a large skillet
- 2 T. unsalted butter
- 1 T. sunflower oil
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 3 lb. boneless top round or rump roast
- 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 medium white potatoes, cubed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 envelopes onion soup mix
- 1 T. cornstarch
Romano Cheese Knots

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on work surface
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese, divided
- 1 pkg. (11 oz.) refrigerated breadstick dough
- 2 T. melted butter
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Filling:
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
