Salami Shell Salad

Cook shells according to package directions
- 3 cups macaroni shells
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 10-12 parsley sprigs, stems removed
- 1 scallion, cuut into 1 in. pieces
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced italian salami, cut into strips
- 6 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Jamie's Chicken Salad

Put the chicken in a large stockpot along with salt, pepper, onion, and celery stalks
- One 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 ribs plus 1 cup chopped celery
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tsp. Jane's Krazy Mixed-up Salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Mashed Potatoes

- 8 to 10 medium red new potatoes, skin on
- 1/2 cup hot milk
- 8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream

For the crust, in a mixing bowl combine crushed wafers and melted butter
- 1 3/4 cups finely crushed chocolate wafers (30 cookies)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp. water

- 1 tbsp. instant espresso coffee powder or regular coffee crystals

- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can mexican-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 (14.5oz.) can chopped green chiles
- 1 cup basmati rice (precooked)
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives (optional)
- 1 (10 3/4oz can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 3 tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley

- 1/2 cup condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
