- 1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 10-oz. packages frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

Pork Chops Creole

Brown pork chops in their own fat in a large frying pan; remove and set aside; drain all but 2 tbsp
- 6 rib or loin pork chops
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 soup can of water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup whole ripe olives
Gooey Rolls Sauce & Filling

In large saucepan, melt butter
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. half and half
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
Hot Brown Sandwich

Melt butter, and stir in flour; cook over low heat, blending until smooth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 cup turkey broth or chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices bread, toasted
- Sliced turkey
- Paprika
- 8 slices tomato
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- Parsley
Peanut Butter Pie

Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in food processor until smooth
- 3 heaping tbsp. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 9 inch graham cracker crust
Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad

Combine first 4 ingredients and stir to dissolve
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar (or distilled white wine vinegar)
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup red onion--diced fine
- 2 cucumbers--peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into large dices

Mix ingredients. Boil mixture slowly until it thickens
- 1 cup catchup
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 dashes hot red pepper sauce
- 2 cups water or less
Spaghetti Toss Vinaigrette

Cook spaghetti according to pkg
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup olive or cooking oil
- 1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 12-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 6-oz. pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed
- 4 oz. cheddar, swiss, or monterey jack cheese, cut in 1/2-in. cubes (1 cup)
