Tomato Soup Dressing

Combine all ingredients; stir until well blended
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. onion juice
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
FRESH APPLE MOUSSE

Pare and core apples. Cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 4 jonathan or winesap apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed peanut brittle
Cheesecake Cupcakes

1. Preheat the oven to 325
- TOPPING:
- Three 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Kiwi or strawberry slivers, fruit topping or jam, blueberries or raspberries, for garnish.
Barbecued Shrimp

Combine all ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours
- BUTTER SAUCE:
- 2 lbs. fresh jumbo shrimp, in shell
- 1 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1/2 lb. butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
Saucy Scalloped Potatoes

1. Combine potatoes, soup, evaporated milk, onion, butter, salt, and pepper in slow cooker
- 4 cups peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery, or mushroom soup
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chopped, fully cooked ham
Steak Soup

Mix all ingredients. Cook until done
- 1 Stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 gal water more or less
- 1 lb. steak
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup celery (parboiled)
- 1 cup onions
- 1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 cup tomatoes, optional
- 1 tab accent
- 2 tab. B.V.
- 1 tab. pepper
Gingerbread Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch baking pan; set aside
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 (16 oz.) package dark brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup molasses
Brownie Too Good To Be True

Place chocolate squares, butter and chocolate chips in top of double boiler and melt over hot water
- 2 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup broken nuts
Greek Salad

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano
- 2 small heads lettuce, crisped and torn into bite-size pieces
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Oregano
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 12 oz. feta cheese, rinsed and crumbled
- 3 oz peperoncini (small green pickled peppers)
- 3 oz. greek olives
- 6 to 8 anchovies
