1. Fry beef and onion in saucepan until brown
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cups peas
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni, cooked
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine salt and 2 cups water; bring to boiling and pour over rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1/3 cup butter
- Dash garlic salt
- 1 13 3/4 oz. can chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 3/4 cups boiling water
- Finely snipped parsley
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Copycat Mcdonalds Big Mac Sauce

1. Whisk all ingredients together well
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup french dressing
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried onion flakes

1. Mix together ingredients from ground beef to worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 small onions, chopped
- 1 large carrots, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
Orange Walnut Salad with Sweet and Sour Dressing

Combine lettuce, spinach, oranges, and onion in a large bowl
- Dressing:
- 3 small heads Bibb lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-size pieces.
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh spinach, cleaned and torn into bite-size pieces
- 3 oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
- 3/4 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 3 tsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated onion

- 6 medium large, thinly sliced potatoes

- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp. seasoned salt or plain
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
Spinach and Mushroom Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing

Dry spinach thoroughly. Place in salad bowl with mushrooms
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh spinach
- cleaned and stemmed
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped coarsely
- 2 green onions, chopped coarsely
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup crisp bacon, diced
Curried Potatoes

- 1 small onion, chopped finr
- 3 cups diced, cooked potatoes (about 4 potatoes)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or broth
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
