Peach Strawberry Salad With Feta

- 5 to 6 sliced peaches
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup silvered almonds
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/4 cup briannas Blush Wine Vinagrette or you can use Balsamic Vinaigrette

1. Preheat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 (8oz. ) package baby carrots quartered lengthwise
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Oven Barbecued Chicken

Heat oven to 375. Place chicken, skin sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken , cut up or chicken breasts.
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 6-5/8 oz. ea. Heath Bars, coarsely chopped

- 1 cup siced pepperoni
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- Maybe add some pasta to this.
- Garnishes: sliced fresh basil, shredded Parmesan cheese

Fluffy Fruit Salad Dressing

Combine flour and sugar in a small saucepan; gradually add pineapple juice, mixing thoroughly
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Tartar Sauce

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and chill
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tbsp. onion--finely diced
- 2 medium dill pickles--diced
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper -- to taste
