Nu-Way Hamburgers

Press ground beef into an ungreased 10-in
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 (1 oz. ) envelope from a 2-oz. pkg of dry onion soup mix.
- 2 (.75oz.) envelopes (from a 3oz. pkg. dry tomato soup mix
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp. minced green peppers
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. anise extract
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- hamburger buns or sliders
Diane's Hominy

Combine all ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 qt
- 2 16 oz. cans white hominy, drained
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 4 oz. can green chillies, seeded, rinsed, chopped
- Buttered bread crumbs
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que's Mac N' Cheese

Heat oil in a large pot. Add onions and peppers; cook until they are translucent
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups onion, diced
- 3/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 4 oz. flour
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups half and half
- 14 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 oz. Colby cheese, shredded
- 10 oz. American cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. Pecorino romano, shredded
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. French's mustard
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs. elbow macaroni
- 8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. Pecorino romano cheese
Creamy Tuna Casserole

Heat oven to 350. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain
- 8 oz. uncooked noodles
- 1 can (12 1/2) tuna, drained
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimientos, drained
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- Chopped fresh parsley
Salty Dog Popcorn

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 15 cups (5 oz.) popped popcorn (see note)
- 3 1/2 cups (6 oz.) chow mein noodles
- 2 cups short pretzels, such as Gold Fish brand
Turkey Dry Rub

Mix all ingredients in bowl
- 1 cup chopped sage
- 1/4 cup seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
Restaurant Style Salsa

Combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, onion, jalapeno, garlic, sugar salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro in a blender or...
- 1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes with juice
- 2 cans (10 oz.) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/4 cups chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole jalapeno, quartered and sliced thin
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 cups cilantro (more to taste)
- 1/2 whole lime juice
M & S. Grills Perfect Prime Rib

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- PRIME RIB SEASONING:
- We just used Paula Deen's House Seasoning
- SAUCE;
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Horseradish ( Don't like horseradish, would leave out)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt and white pepper
- Combine all ingredients well and let sit for at least a few hours before serving. Keep cold.
Tomato Corn Salad (From Taste of Home)

Combine the first eight ingredients in a large bowl
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp minced fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 cups fresh corn ( about 9 ears of corn or you can substitute thawed frozen or canned corn)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced or thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard ( if you'd like a little sweeter taste try substituting honey mustard instead.
Pumpkin Bread

Reserve 2 Tbsp. flour to dredge pecans
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup chopped pecans
