Orange Shake

Combine ingredients in container of electric blender; blend until frothy
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk solids
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 to 3 drops vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Best-Ever Potato Salad

Combine all ingredients; refrigerate
- 4 cups diced, cooked potatoes or macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs. parsley
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tb. vinegar
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 2 diced, hard-cooked eggs

- Spice rub:
- 4 tbsp. paprika
- 3 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. chili powdeer
- 2 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Cider Mop
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 full racks pork spareribs, St Louis cut, trimmed of any large pieces of excess fat, membrane removed

Baked Creole Ham Slice and Rice

Place ham slice in center of a 13x9 inch roasting pan or baking dish
- 1 slice smoked ham, cut 1 inch thick
- 3/4 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 green pepper, cut in thin 2 in. strips
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 6 -oz. can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy
- One 8 oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
- One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- One 9 inch graham crackers crust
- One 21 oz. can cherry pie filling, chilled

1. Combine flour, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika in slow cooker
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 3/4 lb. boneless beef round steak
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 envelope dried onion soup mix
- 9 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
