Combine first 5 ingredients until smooth
- 1/3 lb. graham cracker crumbs (11 double graham crackers, crushed)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 lb. powdered sugar (4 cups)
- 1 12 oz. Package chocolate chips, melted over hot water

- 3 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup water (I didn't add)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne, if using
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder

- 2 tsp. kosher salt
