Putsch's Fresh Spinach Salad

Stem Spinach, wash and dry thoroughly
- 10 oz. package fresh spinach
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
- 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 14 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 3/4 cup diced Old English Cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 hard cooked egg, shredded
- 2 tbsp. horseradish
Gaucho Grill with Chimichurri Sauce

Score beef steak lightly on both sides
- CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef skirt or flank steak
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
- 1 1/2 lbs. smoked thuringer sausages
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup malt vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup minced parsley
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Blackberry Muffins

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups, plus 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups fresh blackberries, or frozen blackberries, thawed and drained

1. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine all ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper

- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained (about 2 cups uncooked)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten (maybe 1 egg or no egg)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk, or equivalent in evaporated milk
Slow Cooker Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients but butter
- 14-15 cups bread cubes
- 3 cups chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 cups or more chicken broth ( enough to moisten the bread)
- 1/4 -1 cup melted butter (enough to flavor the bread)
Chipped Beef Dip

- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, chopped
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- Dash of worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 tsp. grated onion

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 jumbo onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs. calf's liver
- 2 tsp. The Lady's House Seasoning
- 2 tsp. The Lady's Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Boubon Street Chuck Roast with Marinade

Prepare Bourbon Street Marinade; pour over beef chuck roast in shallow glass baking dish or large plastic bag
- Beef chuck roast, 4-6 lbs. ( 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick), well-trimmed.
- Indirect/ Medium Heat 350-375
- BOURBON STREET MARINADE
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
