Strawberry Bread

Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/4 cups salad oil
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- Red food coloring (optional)
Crock Pot Chicken w/Black Beans and Cream

1. Take 4-5 frozen, yes, frozen boneless chicken breasts put into crock pot
- 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can black beans
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can black beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can corn
- 1 (15 oz.) jar salsa, any kind
- 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese
Pea Salad

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate
- 10 oz. package frozen peas (do not cook)
- 2 oz. jar chopped pimento
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 4-5 sliced green onions (tops included)
- 1/2 tsp. salad supreme seasoning
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
Whipping Cream Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a bundt pan; set aside
- Glaze:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- almond brickle chips
Cream Cheese Frosting

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until soft
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Self-Filled Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 18 1/4 oz. package white or yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce

Blend all ingredients thoroughly
- two 14 oz. bottles catsup
- 3 tbsp. each horseradish, salad mustard
- 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. each onion salt, cayenne pepper, liquid smoke, garlic juice
Summertime Pasta Salad

Prepare pasta according to package directions
- 1 lb. pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 2 med. green bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 lb. fresh pea pods, blanched
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- DRESSING;
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Freshly ground black pepper
Hot Chicken Salad

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast meat, cubed ( you may use leftover rotisserie chicken-delicious!)
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup crushed potato chips
Simply Strawberry Freezer Jam

Mix crushed strawberries with sugar, let stand for 10 minutes
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, crushed
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 (1.75 oz.) package powdered pectin
- 3/4 cup water
