Dessert Enchiladas

Place tortillas on a work surface and spread pie filling evenly down the center
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 cups cherry or apple pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup butter
- ground cinnamon
- sugar
- chopped nuts
The Lady's Warm Potato Salad

Boil potatoes with skins on for 10-15 minutes, until tender
- 8 medium red potatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion tops
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced pimento
- 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
Favorite Three Bean Salad

Combine vegetable, stirring gently
- 1 (16 oz) can green beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium size green pepper, sliced
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Marinated Pork Chops

Combine the soy sauce and Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 8-10 thin pork chops
On The Border Salsa

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender
- 2 Large roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 2 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes (mexican style)
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. cumin, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large vidalia onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt to taste
- 1/3 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 12 tsp. cayenne, to taste
Tenderloin and Tortellini Skillet

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 12 oz. beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.)
- can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz. ) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 (16 oz) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 (9oz.) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

- 6 large new potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 4 slice bacon
- 1 small onion
Red Potatoes With Clarified Butter, Onions, and Rosemary

Rinse and cut the potatoes in half
- 12 small red potatoes
- 1/3 cup clarified butter
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 tbsp. dried
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme; pull about 1 tsp. of the leaves off to sprinkle over the potatoes while they cook and save the rest for garnish
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. cracked pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp. chopped Italian parsley

- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 8 oz. Pkg. wide noodles, cooked
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chopped celery, cooked tender
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
Barbequed Hamburgers

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup corn ro bran flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hamburger buns (sliders)
