Strawberry Slush

Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup boiling water
- One 3 oz. package strawberry gelatin dessert mix
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup lemonade, made from frozen concentrate
- 2 cups crushed fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, and boil 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mushroom Sauce

Melt the butter; add the salt and flour and cook slowly until the flour doesn't smell starchy
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme'
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Italian Sausage and Rice Casserole

Cook rice as directed on package
- Sauce:
- 1 6 oz. package long grain rice
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 2/3 cup chopped sweet peppers (bell or banana)
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 1/4 tsp.marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter or fat drained from sausage
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 2/3 cup milk or lt. cream
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds

- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (4 lb. ) pork loin roast

- 4 cups butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 3/4 cups plus 2 tbsp. cornstarch

- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream (unbeaten)

- 2 english cucumbers
- 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) container Greek yogurt

Steamboat Stir Fry

In small bowl, mix broth, ginger, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1- 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 whole dried red pepper
- 1 yellow summer squash, sliced
