Mix dressing. Marinate chicken for a few hours and grill
- 1/2 c Italian dressing
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ginger

Roasted Garlic Fettuccine Pomander

Cook pasta according to directions; drain
- 1 pkg Roasted Garlic Fettuccini, uncooked
- 2 c chopped fresh tomato
- 1/4 c Italian dressing
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
Jumbo Shells with Cheese filling

Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain
- 1 pkg jumbo shells
- 4 c ricotta cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, diced or shredded
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 T chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Apple Streudel

Thaw pastry sheet at room temp for 20 min
- 1/2 pkg Pepppridge Farm puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
- 1 eggs, beaten
- 1 T water
- 2 T sugar
- ? T flour
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 2 large Granny Smith apples (3 cups)
- 2 T raisins
Chicken Cutlets w/ dipping sauce

- Dipping sauce:
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c white wine
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c mustard
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/4 c water
Coq Au Vin

Combine flour, 1/8 tsp pepper, and 1/8 tsp salt in a shallow dish
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper, divided
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 2 chicken thighs, skinned
- 2 chicken drumsticks, skinned
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T diced shallots
- 1 lb small mushrooms
- 1 1/4 c diced plum tomato
- 1 c diced carrot
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 bay leaf
- 2/3 c dry red wine
- 1/2 c low salt chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 T fresh chives

- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
