Stuffed Mushrooms (Dairy )

Mix bread crumbs, cheese, oil and spices
- Mushrooms, without stems and diced
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 c parmesan cheese
- Fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Tuna Casserole w/ bread crumbs

Mix and bake for 40 min at 350°
- 1 large can tuna
- 1 large can green peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 lb macaroni
- 3-4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/2 c flavored bread crumbs (to top)
White Wine Garlic Pasta and Broccoli

Sautee garlic in white wine (enough to cover bottom of pan)
- 3/4 can chicken broth
- 3/4 can (or equal to) white cooking wine (or regular)
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 3/4 c milk (skim)
- Fat free parmesan cheese
- Salt/pepper
- Flour to thicken
- Pasta (spinach or black is good)
- Asparagus or Broccoli
Dairy Noodle Kugel (Michal)

Bake in a 9x13 pan for 1 ½ hrs, covered, at 350°
- 1 lb medium noodles
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 6 T butter
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
String Beans

bake at 450 for 15 minutes
- 1.5 lbs green beans
- 1 pepper diced
- 2 T oil
- 1 T honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Cinnamon Crunch (Lenore )

Cream marg and sugar together Add rest of ingredients Mix filling together
- Filling:
- 2 bars margarine
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c parve milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 5 Tblsp sugar
Tuna Casserole

Cook mushroom sauce, milk, onion, cheese, and pepper until melted
- 1 bag pasta
- 3 pkg mushroom sauce
- 2 c milk
- 2 tsp chopped dry onion
- 10 slices cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cans tuna
Rum Balls

- 300 g cookie crumbs
- 1/2 c water
- 2 T coffee
- 1 c cocoa
- 1 c wine

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
