- 1 package instant chocolate pudding
- 1 package instant butterscotch pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3 Heath bars, crushed
Family Burrito Bake

This deliciously clever casserole saves the hassle of assembling individual burritos! Prep time 15 minutes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp Southwestern Seasoning Mix
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can(11oz) Mexican-style corn, drained(1 3/4 cups)
- 1 jar(12 oz or 370ml) chunky salsa, divided
- 1 can(16oz) refried beans(2 cups)
- 3 tbsp water
- 7 corn tortillas(6 in size)
- 2 cups shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese blend, divided

- 1 3 1/2 oz pkg coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped nuts

- 1/4 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Black Bean Dip

Whisk together & add to first mixture
- 2 cans black beans (15oz), rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups canned corn
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 each jalapeno, seeds removed diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- mix ingredients and set aside
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cup oil, canola best
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Whisk together & add to first mixture
