Mix first four ingredients together until smooth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 large instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large can fruit topping
Hamburger Meal Mix

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and cook over medium heat until onions are golden
- 4 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Southwestern White Chili

- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast; Cubed
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 Can White Kidney Beans
- 2 Green Onion, Sliced
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp. Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp. Cilantro
- 1/8 Tsp. Ground Red Peppers

- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1 bag 6 cheese italian blen cheese
Wild Rice Chicken Casserole

Mix all and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
- *Combine all the above and add:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger or 2 Cups Cooked Chicken, 2 Breasts
- 1 Small Onion, Diced (Microwave 2 minutes)
- 4 Stalks Celery, Diced (Microwave 4 minutes)
- 6 Oz. Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, Cooked
- 2 Cans of either Celery, Chicken, or Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Bean Sprouts
- 6 Oz. Mushrooms, Drained
- 1 Can Waterchestnuts
- 6 oz. Frozen Pea Pod or Snow Peas, Thawed

- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 (12oz) cans unsweetened coconut milk
- 4 cups vegetable stock (I used chicken)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
