  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar (I use 1/4 cup brown sugar & the rest white granulated)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 bananas finely crushed (or what will equal 2 cups crushed bananas)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (I often add more if flour mixture is too thin-it should pour slowly and be lumpy)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (I use a full teaspoon & more if it doesn't smell strong enough-best to use Watkins or Mexican brown vanilla)
