Broccoli Turkey Casserole

20 Minutes or less "Taste of Home"
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped Celery
- 1/4 cup Butter, cubed
- 4 cups Turkey Breast
- 1 pkg frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1 can cream of Mushroom
- 1 can cream of Chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice any variety
- 1/2 cup Shredded part skim Mozzarella
- 1 can (2.8 oz) French Fried Onions
Gails Punch

Add all ingredients together and serve, use ice in mixing concentrates instead of water
- 1 Lrg. Minute Maid Fruit Punch
- 1 Lrg. Minute Maid Pink Lemonade
- 1 Lrg. Sprite
Cowboy Salsa

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT AVOCADOS
- 1 - 15 OUNCE CAN BLACK BEANS, DRAINED AND RINSED
- 1 - 9 OUNCE CAN CORN
- 1 - MED TOMATOE DICED (I ALSO USED ONE CAN DICED SEASONED TOMOTOE)
- 1 - SMALL RED ONION DICED
- 3 - T. RED WINE VINEGAR (I USE WHATEVER SEASONED VINEGAR I HAVE)
- 2 - T. OLIVE OIL
- 1 - BUNCH CHOPPED CILANTRO (THIS SEEMED LIKE A LOT THE FIRST TIME I MADE IT – I CUT IT BACK THE NEXT TIME I MADE IT)
- SALT TO TASTE OR SEASONING SALT
- 2 AVOCADOES, DICED
- (I ADDED GARLIC POWDER TO THIS RECIPE AND BLACK PEPPER)
Chicken Spread

- 5 ounces can of chicken spread
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Mexican Lasagne

Brown Hamburger, Drain, Saute Hamburger with a little Salsa
- 1 Can Refried Beans
- 1 Jar Salsa
- 1 Cup Sour Cream (1 to 2 cups)
- 2 Cups Grated Cheese
- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 1 Package Flour Tortilla (At least 10)
Best Ever Granola

Mix all together and bake in four partions at 300 degrees for 45 mintues
- 12 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 1 pound coconut
- 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 3 cups nuts, chopped
- Mix above ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups safflower oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Heat do not boil
Porcupine Meatballs

Mix hamburger, rice, salt, pepper and onion
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato sauce
BBQ Bacon-Stuffed Meat Loaf

Thinly slice mushrooms. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat 1-3 minutes or until shimmering
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
- 3 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp. smoky barbecue rub, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. 85% lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Creamy Pesto Dip

- 2 cups parsley sprigs, packed
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2/3 cups walnut pieces
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
Apple Dip (Heath)

- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup heath bits, crushed
