Cheesy Shell Bake
By Motto
Heat oven to 350. Brown meat until almost done, add onion, green pepper, and garlic
- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 3/4 Cups Tomato Sauce (15oz.)
- 14 Tsp. Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 2 1/2 Cups Pasta Shells, Medium, Uncooked
Tex-Mex Dip

- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cans jalapeno bean dip (Frito Lays)
- green onion
- tomatoes
- black olives
- cheddar &/or monteray jack cheese
- large sturdy chips
Sausage Egg Bake

Mix all ingredients except meat
- 1 lb. Sausage, Cooked & Cut Up
- 1/2 lb. Bacon, Cooked & Cut Up
- 9 Eggs
- 12 Slices Bread, No Crust
- 3 Cups Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
- Salt
Ranch Snack Mix

Combine first 4 ingredients and gently toss in large bag until coated and then add the Hidden Valley and toss
- 8 cups Kellogg's Crispix Cereal
- 2 1/2 cups small pretzels
- 2 1/2 cups bite size cheddar cheese
- crackers
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 oz packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch
Banana Bread

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar (I use 1/4c brown sugar and the rest white granulated)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 bananas, finely crushed (or what equals 2 cups crushed bananas)
- 1 1/2 cups flour (I often add more if flour mixture is to thin-it should pour slowly and be lumpy)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (I use a full tsp and more if it doesn't smell strong enough-best to use Watkins or Mexican brown vanilla)
Julie's Apple Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 Tbs sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and butter
- 16 oz softened cream cheese
- 4 c sliced and peeled apples
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 3 amounts of sugar: 3 Tbs, 1/2 cup and 1/3 cup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbs melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
Spinach Dip

In medium bowl stir all ingredients until well mixed
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 package Knorr veggie soup mix
- 1 can waterchestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 large rounds loaf bread, hollowed out

Party Mix

- 3 cups Cheerios, chex-rice, corn or wheat
- 1/2 box cheese crackers(quackers or tidbits)
- 1/2 bag mini pretzels
- 1 can mixed nuts, mix these together
- 3/4 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoon worchestire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or salt
- 3/4 tsp onion powder or salt
Sweet & Sour Shrimp with Noodles

Broken lasagna noodles and fresh basil give this speedy supper a Thai-inspired twist
- 8 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 can(14.5oz) chicken broth(about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 small onions
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 lb medium uncooked shrimp(41-50 per lb) peeled, deveined, tails removed.
- 3 tbsp Asian Seasoning Mix (this can be substituted with 2 tsp grated fresh ginger root, 1 tsp salt, 1 garlic clove, pressed and 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper combined for mix)
- 2/3 cup Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
