Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 gallons popped corn, combined
  • 1 cup butter, 2 sticks
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon soda

Preparation

Step 1

Heat sugar, butter and syrup till bubbling, cook for 5 min. Remove from heat, stir in 1 tsp soda til foamy. Pour over popped corn and mix. For easy clean up spray spoon and pan with pam! Bake in large roasting pan-mix in it too and save the mess. Bake at 200 gor 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes (or at least twice). Cool. Store in covered containers in a cool place- can be put in freezer.
