Hot Buttered Cider

- 8 cups apple cider or apple juice
- 2 Tbs packed brown sugar
- 4 inches stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp whole allspice
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 small lemon (peel only
- 2 Tbs butter
- 10 cinnamon sticks (optional)
Sourdough Pizza Crust

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water with sugar
- 1 1/2 packages dry yeast
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1/2 cup prepared sourdough starter
- 6 1/2 cups flour
Cherry Peanut Pizzaz

Combine peanuts and cherries in a medium bowl
- 2 cup lightly salted peanuts
- 1 cup dried tart cherries
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne pepper), or to taste

- 1 Tbs chopped fresh or canned jalapeno peppers, or to taste
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 48-ounce bottle cranberry juice (6 cups)
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 3 inches stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1/3 cup bourbon, rum, or orange juice
