Sweet Potato Casserole With Praline Topping

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring to form a streusel

- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and halved (about 2-1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg white
- 1 (5-ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk

Fancy Feast Chicken

Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice cheese and mushrooms
- 6 oz Swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb mushrooms
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup dry white wine

Sausage-Cheese Strata

Divide half of the bread cubes between 2 greased 2-quart rectangular baking dishes
- 10 cups French bread cubes (1/2- to 3/4-inch cubes)
- 12 oz cooked smoked sausage links, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup chopped green sweet pepper
- 6 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1-1/2 cups)
- 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese (1 cup)
- 7 large beaten eggs
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbs snipped chives
- 1 Tbs snipped fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Southwestern Jalapeno Cornbread Dressing

Preheat oven to 325. In large bowl combine cornbread and bread cubes
- 4 cups cornbread crumbled
- 10 Slices dried bread cubed
- 1 lb mild italian turkey sausage
- 1-1/2 cups celery chopped
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup Jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup turkey broth
