- 1-1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2-1/4 cups bread flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs chopped green onion tops
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbs oil
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1/2 cup Bloody Mary mix (or spicy tomato juice)
- 1/2 cup water
Herb-Butter-Roasted Turkey

- 1 14-pound turkey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter (no substitutes), softened

- 2/3 cup all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
