- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 10-ounce bag peanut butter chips
- For the Glaze:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 6 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped
