- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour (1.75 ounces)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
