  • 1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 - 15oz can diced tomatos
  • 1/2 PKG Rice (16oz box of long grain white rice)
  • 2 Large onions (Chopped)
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 1/4 remaining salt pork and onion mixture
  • 1 can tomato sauce and diced tomatoes
  • Cook for five minutes then add tomato juice
  • Cook for another five minutes.
