- • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

- • 1 tablespoon canola oil

- • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

- • few drops hot pepper sauce, or to taste, or a dash of ground cayenne pepper
