- 1 cups (2 sticks) butter, softened

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 (10-ounce) package Creme de Menthe baking chips (recommended: Andes)
- Shaved Creme de Menthe thins (recommended: Andes)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Southwest Beef and Bell Pepper Skillet

- 1 lb. Extra-lean ground beef
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) beef broth
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 1 each large green and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips, then halved
- 2 cups Instant white rice, uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
Ritz Broccoli Casserole

- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
- 1/2 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

- 4 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups (chopped and deseeded) sweet green & yellow peppers
- 1 cup (deseeded) hot peppers
- 1 cup finely chopped onions

- 3 (finely chopped) garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 oz can tomatoe paste (or less)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar

- 3 mangoes, peeled and guartered (chopped)

- 1 (18.25 ounce) package moist white cake mix
- 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup white wine

- preheat your oven to 350
- ■1/2 c white rice flour
- ■1/2 c brown rice flour
- ■1/2 c sweet rice or tapioca flour
- ■1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- ■1 tsp baking powder
- ■1/4 c sugar
- ■1/4 c light brown sugar
- ■1 stick butter, softened
- ■1/2 an egg (about 1/8 cup of beaten egg)
- ■1 tablespoon of butterscotch chips, melted
- ■1/2 tsp vanilla

- Whatcha need
- ■2/3 c butterscotch chips (I used hershey’s)
- ■1 tablespoon of light corn syrup
- ■1/8 c evaporated milk
