- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 3 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups milk

- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 5 cups flour
- For the frosting:
- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 to 3/4 cup milk
