Leftover Bean and Rice Veggie Burgers

A great vegetarian burger using your leftover beans
- 5 cups cooked bean soup, of any kind, drained
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 3 cups bread crumbs
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 T sesame seeds
- 2 T sunflower seeds (optional)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 2 cubes crumbed vegetarian bouillon cubes
- 2 t of your favorite hamburger seasoning
Strawberry Ice Cream

- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen, sliced

- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt
- 3 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, for topping

This recipe make 6 hearty, soft, but sturdy loaves!
- 7-1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 15 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup vital wheat gluten
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
Multi-Grain Bread

A soft, hearty bread with a variety of grains and seeds
- 6 cups water
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- Another 1 1/2 cups warm water to dissolve the yeast
- 3 tablespoons yeast
- 6 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup other flour. I usually use maseca or American corn meal, but you can use any flour. I've used quinoa, and white bean flour. Whatev.
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/4 cup Chia seed
- 1/4 cup sesame seed
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 8 cups white flour, sometimes more, sometimes less.
