Warm Shiitake Slaw

Heat the oil in large skillet over high heat
- 3 * 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 * 1/2 pound shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and thinly sliced
- 3 to 4 * 3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3/4 * 3/4 pound savoy or napa cabbage, shredded
- 3 * 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
- * Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 * 1 lime, juiced
- * Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish (sold already toasted in large shaker jars on Asian foods aisle)

Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Cut a horizontal slit in the pork tenderloin, leaving the halves attached
- 3 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

- 1 POUND Large Shrimp, Deveined,
- Peeled
- 1 CUP Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/4 TEASPOON Red Chili Pepper Flakes
- 1 CUP Half-and-half
- 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
- 1-2 Lemons, using 2 tablespoons juice
- and 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/4 CUP Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese,
- Freshly Grated
Cilantro-Lime Jalapeno Chicken Salad

Season chicken with salt and pepper and *poach
- 3 large chicken breasts
- poaching liquid (chicken stock, water, carrots, celery, onion, thyme, bay leaf, peppercorns)
- 1 jalapeño diced (with seeds scraped out)
- 4 Tbs cilantro coarsely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 red onion diced fine
- 1/3 cup mayo (plus a little more if needed)
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper
- 2 ripe avocados (or for a sandwich good French or Italian bread)

- 2 pks raspberry jello
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 big can crushed pineapple and juice
- 2/3 cup port wine
- 1 cup choppped pecans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8oz pk cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 3 cups chopped yellow onions (3 onions)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup canned chicken stock or broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck (81 percent lean)
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs (recommended: Progresso)
- 2 extra-large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup ketchup (recommended: Heinz)
