- 8 ounces Stilton cheese, crumbled (about 12 ounces with rind), at room temperature

- 1 extra-large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water for egg wash

- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus 1/4 cup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds, coarsely crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

- 8 roma tomatoes (about 1 pound seeded and diced)
- 2 serrano chiles, finely diced (with or without seeds)
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime

Simmer together: 1/4 cup ketchup 2 T apple cider vinegar 2 T mustard 2 T brown sugar 1 T Worcestershire sauce 1/2
- Simmer together:

- 12 ounces ripe figs, cut into halves

- 1 * 1 pound Hot Breakfast Sausage
- 2 * 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 * 2 cans (14.5 Ounce) Whole Tomatoes
- 2 * 2 cans (6 Ounce) Tomato Paste
- 2 * 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 2 * 2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
- 1 * 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 * 3 cups Lowfat Cottage Cheese(whole milk ricotta)
- 2 * 2 whole Beaten Eggs
- 1/2 * ½ cups Grated (not Shredded) Parmesan Cheese
- 2 * 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 1 * 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 * 1 pound Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 * 1 package (10 Ounce) Lasagna Noodles
- * (add 1/2 Teaspoon Salt And 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil To Pasta Water)
