Make the Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Cupcakes:
- 1 cup (240 ml) Guinness stout
- 1 cup (227 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup (64 grams) Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 2 cups (283 grams) all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (397 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup (151 grams) sour cream
- For the Whiskey Ganache Filling:
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons Irish whiskey
- For the Baileys Frosting:
- 2 cups (454 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 5 cups (567 grams) powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream

Sweet and Sour Cabbage with Bacon

Heat oil in a large, heavy pot (I use a Dutch oven) over medium heat

- 4 slices bacon, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces

Pressure Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Grab your chicken thighs and make sure to cut off any huge chunks of fat
- 2 lbs. chicken thighs, skin on and bone in (3 or 4 thighs)
- ◾4 carrots, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- ◾3 stalks celery, diced
- ◾1 onion, finely diced
- ◾3 cloves garlic, minced
- ◾4 c. chicken stock
- ◾4 c. water
- ◾couple handfuls of egg noodles
- ◾salt and pepper
- ◾poultry seasoning (optional)
- ◾fresh parsley for topping the soup (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon minced dried lavender (No, I don’t know where to find this. Guess you’ll have to find it online or at a Penzey’s)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar plus 1 tablespoon
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 scraped vanilla bean
- 2 cups blueberries
Harvard Beets Recipe

- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced or diced beets
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbs. vinegar
- 1 Tbs. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes {Fast & Creamy}

- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 2 lbs chicken thigh and legs
Microwave Rice Krispies Treats--Microwave

In a large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes

- 40 40 4 large marshmallows (or 4 cups mini-marshmallows)
- 6 6 6 cups Rice Krispies
Homemade Irish Cream

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend briefly until mixed
- 1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey (I used Jamison)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (I used 1 cup)
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (my addition)
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (I had instant espresso so I used 1/2 tablespoon)
