- 2 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (half of an 8-oz. package), at room temperature
- 1/4 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- Flour, for rolling
- 1 sheet puff pastry (from a 14- to 17.3-oz. package), thawed
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spiralized vegetables (such as carrots, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, zucchini, and/or beets), cut with assorted slicing disks if using fresh
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion, for topping
- Shaved or very thinly sliced watermelon radishes, for topping
- Fresh dill sprigs, for topping

- 1 -2 cups powder sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna Recipe

For a heartier lasagna, layer in 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken or 8 ounces of lump crabmeat
- ASSEMBLY:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 jar (16 ounces) roasted garlic Parmesan or roasted garlic Alfredo sauce
- 12 no-cook lasagna noodles
- 3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese or feta cheese

- 2-3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 pound butter (at room temperature)
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar, to coat (about 1 cup)
