- 2 cups dried peas
- 5 cups water
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion (or half a fresh onion chopped)
Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large Eggland's Best eggs
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely shredded zucchini
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
Instant Pot Salisbury Steak

In a instant pot or pressure cooker, add in onions and mushrooms
- 6 cubed steaks
- 2 packages of brown gravy mix
- 1 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 white onion; diced
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 to 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- water
- Salt and pepper to taste. Add Red Wine Vinegar to taste for acidity
SEAFOOD COCKTAIL SAUCE

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in refrigerator until well-chilled
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 ⁄4 cup of vinegar
- 1 ⁄4 cup of horseradish
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. Tabasco

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Maple Extract
- Streusel Topping
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
Dump-and-Bake Turkey Tetrazzini

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 1 (22 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce (2 1/2 cups)
- 3 cups less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces (about 6 cups) uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen diced onion, thawed
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups chopped cooked turkey (or chicken)
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup (4 ounces) grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese (or more, as desired)
- Chopped fresh parsley
Dumpling Dipping Sauce

1. Combine all ingredients, stirring until the sugar dissolves
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Corn Chowder

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 32 ounces corn (frozen or canned) approximately 7 cups fresh corn which is 9 ears of corn
- 1 pound gold potatoes diced 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups unsalted chicken stock
- 1 cup half and half (or milk of preference)
- 1 pound ham diced into 1/2 inch cubes
