- 4 ounces lo mein noodles
- Substitutions
- 1/2 pound beef stir-fry strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ginger, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® White Pepper, Ground
- 2 cups frozen Asian stir-fry vegetables
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/8 1/8 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup small shell pasta, cooked and drained

In medium stock pot, melt ¼ cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cup broth
- 2 cups cream
- 16 ounces Borden® Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste (I use 1/2 teaspoon each)
Haitian Creole Hot Sauce - Recipe

Heat a saucepan to medium heat and add oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Scotch Bonnet peppers (or 2 habanero peppers), chopped
- 1/2 small red bell pepper or sweet pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 cups water (or more as desired)

- 1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) med. shell macaroni, cooked, drained

- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 2 can (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna, drained, flaked
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Birds Eye green peas, thawed, drained
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Kraft natural shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
