Cabbage Roll Soup – in the pressure cooker!

Turn the pressure cooker on to the “brown” method
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice (I use brown rice, but have used white as well)
- 1 medium cabbage, core removed and diced into bite size pieces
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, untrained
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups V8 or other vegetable juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Sinful Cinnamon Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 package (18.25 ounce size) yellow cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounce size) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work well)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup sugar
Sous Vide Chicken Wings

CAN USE LEGS This was a super successful experiment in sous vide cooking
- Honey Garlic Sauce
- Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 inch nub of ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Method
- Combine all ingredients together
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of mixture for tossing
- Aji Amarillo Sauce
- Ingredients
- 3 Aji Amarillo peppers, seeded and roughly chopped (or 3-4 tablespoons of Aji Amarillo paste)
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Method
- In a pan, sauté the peppers, onion and garlic over medium heat, until the onions are translucent and the peppers softened. (If using the paste, do not include it in this step).
- Transfer mixture into a blender, add in vinegar, salt, pepper (and paste if using) and blend until smooth.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of mixture for tossing.
- New York Butter Sauce
- Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of hot sauce (I used classic Franks)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Method
- Not much to this one, it will be combined in the vac-pac bags.
- Save 1 tablespoon of hot sauce for tossing.
- Honey Sriracha
- 1/4 C sriracha
- 2 T butter
- 2 T Honey
- Mix well add to bag. When done boil sauce and coat wings
Instant Pot Hamburger Stroganoff

If you are looking for this to be thicker please use 2 - 2
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp worcheshire sauce
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 3 c. beef broth
- 3 c. egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 c. sour cream
Instant Pot Lasagna

Crisp Lid will replace all oven instructions, also using corning dish eliminates spring form pan instructions
- Meat Mixture
- 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef (85% to 90% lean) You can use all ground beef
- 1/2 lb Ground Italian Sausage (you can use all sausage)
- 1/2 tsp Coarse Salt (1/4 tsp table salt)
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Cheese Mixture
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese (or Cottage Cheese)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt (if your pasta sauce is salty, decrease to 1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Remaining Layers
- 1 24oz jar Pasta Sauce (about 3 cups) (I prefer marinara, or use your favorite brand)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Spinach Leaves, optional (fresh, or frozen, thawed)
- 5-6 No Boil Lasagna Noodles (or regular uncooked lasagna noodles that have been soaked in very hot water for 5 minutes)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Airfried Cajun Salmon

Preheat your airfryer to 180C
- 1 piece fresh salmon fillet (about 200g)
- Cajun seasoning (just enough to coat)
- A light sprinkle of sugar (optional)
- Juice from a quarter of lemon, to serve

Brown the ground beef with the minced onion and garlic powder on Saute mode
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning, or 1 packet taco seasoning
- 16 oz. small shell pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheese, as garnish
Bourbon Butter Venison Steak Tips

- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 package (12 rolls) party rolls or slider buns I like King's Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices thinly sliced deli ham
- 3 slices cheese Swiss, cheddar, or American, cut into 12 squares
