- 1 14-16 ounce Russet/Idaho potato
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 strips bacon, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces

Macaroni Coleslaw

Instant Pot Turkey Breast

- 6 to 7 pound Turkey Breast (I used Butterball whole bone in breast)

Pressure Cooker Recipe: Chicken And Dumplings

Place your pressure cooker on HIGH or BROWN and heat up the butter
- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless, chicken thighs (I made the mistake of leaving it on the bone – NOT a smart move)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large yellow onion diced
- 5 ribs of celery chopped
- 1.5 cups of baby carrots chopped (more if you like them)
- 1.5 cups of frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 5 cups of chicken stock
- 1 3/4 Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cups of heavy cream
- 2/3 cups of milk
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of oregano
- 1/4 cup of Parmesean cheese
- 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning
Creamy Lemon Pasta

Bring 4 quarts water to a rapid boil in a large pot, and season with 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 4 4 4 quart water
- 2 2 3/4 tablespoon plus 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon zest
- 1 1 1 teaspoon honey

These do require chill time to firm up so you will need to plan ahead
- Base:
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup (113g) butter, melted
- 2 2 2 cups (190g) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cup (400g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cup (140g) graham cracker crumbs
- Topping:
- 1 1 1 cup (165g) milk chocolate chips
- 3 3 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butte
Saucy Roast Beef and Swiss Sliders

- For the sandwiches:
- 24 Hawaiian rolls
- 24 slices of Roast Beef
- 24 slices Swiss cheese
- For the sauce:
- 4 teaspoons of dijon mustard

- for the marinade:
- 2 lb pork belly
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup shaoxing rice wine
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 1 1 container (8 ounce size) Cool Whip Lite, thawed
- 1 1 1 package (8 ounce size) fat free cream cheese, softened
- 8 8 8 ounces fat-free sour cream
- 1 1 1 package fat free sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- to sugar or sugar substitute to taste (if needed)
