- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) no-salt-added diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

- 8 8 8 dried corn husks

Pressure Cooker State Fair Turkey Drumsticks

- 1-1/2 lb Venison or Elk, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
- 2 ribs celery sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup of pearl onions
- 1-2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup dry red wine (pinot noir or cabernet sauvignon)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 or 4 Potatoes, large 1″ dice
- 1/2 t fresh chopped rosemary or a dash crumbled dry
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoon butter

- 1 cup of mayonnaise, more or less
