  • 1 1 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 3 3 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to and pepper to taste
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 3 3 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • DIRECTIONS
