BBQ Water Chestnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cans whole water chestnuts
- Bacon strips
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Harlequin Dip

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 4-oz. can chopped green chilis, drained
- 1 4-oz. can sliced black olives
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

- 1 Ham (of your preference)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 c. vinegar

Easy Lemon Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Lemon Cake Mix
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. lemon yogurt
- 1 can Pillsbury Lemon Frosting Supreme
New Potatoes With Pepper and Brie

Place brie in freezer for easier cutting
- 8 oz. brie cheese, skin removed
- 18 tiny new potatoes (about 2-1/4 lb.), scrubbed, peel left intact
- 2 jalapeno chilis, stemmed, seeded and diced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Beans 'n Ham

The night before you cook the beans, rinse them and put them into a large bowl
- 1 lb. package dried pinto beans
- Ham steak, cut into large chunks (with
- a bone, if available)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 heaping tsp. oregano
Roast Turkey

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Whole turkey, thawed
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Smothered Pork Chops

Put all in crock pot, and cook on low all day (8 hours)
- 1 package boneless pork chops
- 2 cans 98% fat free cream of mushroom
- soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Molly's Rio Grande Dip

In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Molly McButter cheese-flavored sprinkles
- 2 medium-sized jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
