Chicken Stroganoff Supreme

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 12 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
- 1 box Uncle Ben's Rice Pilaf
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1-3/4 c. boiling water
- 1-1/2 c. frozen broccoli
- 3/4 c. light sour cream
Nacho Layer Dip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 c. chili or 1 can refried beans
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped jalapenos
- 1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced scallions
Paula Dean's Green Bean Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 c. sliced green beans
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1-10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-2.8 oz. can French fried onions
- Pinch House Seasoning (recipe to follow)
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Bev's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate chips
White Chocolate Party Mix

Slowly melt white chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water
- 1 lb. white chocolate
- 3 c. Rice Chex
- 3 c. Corn Chex
- 3 c. Cheerios
- 2 c. stick pretzels
- 2 c. dry roasted peanuts
- 12 oz. pkg. M&M's plain candies
Zimtsterne (German Cinnamon Stars)

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 2-1/4 c. confectioner's sugar, plus more for rolling
- 15 oz. sliced almonds, with skins (about 4-1/2 c.)
- 1-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
Judy Daniel's Hot Taco Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 or 1-1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 bottle green taco sauce
- 3/4 or 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. can sliced black olives, drained
- Chopped green onions and tomatoes
Cornbread Salad

Prepare cornbread mix, adding chilies and sage, and bake according to directions
- Dressing:
- 1 pkg. Mexican Cornbread Mix
- 1-4 oz. can green chilies
- Dash of Sage
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cans pinto beans, drained
- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 pkgs. Ranch Dressing mix
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1-16 oz. tub sour cream
Dove Marinade

Combine everything but the Accent in a saucepan and bring to a boil
- 1 bottle of sherry
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Oregano, salt and pepper, and Accent (MSG) to taste
Emeril's Cole Slaw

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, buttermilk, celery seeds, salt, pepper and cayenne
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 4 tsp. celery seeds
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 c. shredded green cabbage (about 1/2 a head)
- 3 c. shredded red cabbage (about 1/2 a head)
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 c. grated yellow onion
- 1/4 minced fresh parsley
